What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct checkout through PayPal or Amazon payments.

How secure is this store?

Very secure! If you are concerned we recommend checking out with Paypal. They use the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Pantry items are non-returnable unless they arrived defective. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.  Please notify us of damaged item or intent to return an item ASAP. Thank you!

Do you use genuine leather?

Yes we use 100% genuine leather on our products. Durability is very important to us. 

Will this strap fit me? Is it long enough or short enough?

We recommend measuring your current strap and making sure the measurement falls within our specified adjustability range. For very tall musicians (6'+) who play their instrument low, we recommend our slider straps over the tail adjustment straps.

Do you do custom orders?

Copperpeace can make a custom strap or accessory for you. Depending on how busy we are, it can take anywhere from 1-3 months for turnaround. Embossing initials on an existing item is different. This customization only takes an extra 7-10 days.
