Refund policy
Please note we are a small business and cannot resell used merchandise. We do our best to work with customers on smooth returns and exchanges.
All refunds are credited back to the account with which you purchased the merchandise. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. If you notify us of intent to return before item arrives and the unused/unworn item is in original package, we will try to waive this fee.
If purchase arrived damaged please return immediately with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate via email why you are returning the item(s).
Shipping charges are the customers responsibility and will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of us.
If you provided the wrong address or move to a new apartment without notifying us and your package gets returned, we will reship at an additional cost to the correct location.
